3. SMS Share Function
The SMS Share Function on the Healthier Together website is provided by Webex Interact. By providing a telephone number into the feature, you are consenting for the storage of that telephone number by Webex. Data is encrypted at rest, and more information can be found in the Webex Disclosure Policy.
Our website provider, Frank Design Ltd, has an account that provides access to the telephone numbers, delivery status and content of the messages sent in the form of delivery reports. Frank Design Support team have role based access to this account, and the records are only accessed at the request of Healthier Together, and only if they are required to be accessed for the purposes of maintenance. These delivery reports are kept for the lifetime of the account specific for this website. The data is stored securely in the UK.
Please note: we (Healthier Together) do not collect any personal information from the use of this function. The SMS Share Function should only be used by healthcare professionals to electronically provide parents and young people with information after a face-to-face or telephone consultation. We cannot accept responsibility or liability for anyone who uses this function for anything other than its intended use.
