How to reduce the cost of meals

You can make easy swaps in your recipes to help reduce the cost of a meal making.

1. Use a whole chicken instead of packets of chicken breast, a whole chicken can be chilled and used in sandwhiches and more than one dinner dish

2. Buy frozen fruit and veg to use in meals

3. Using lentils in your mice to bulk the mince out to allow for more than one meal use.
