When you start thinking about contraception it may feel like an absolute minefield and you can feel overwhelmed by it all. That is ok. There are a few places and people you can turn to to get more information or narrow down your choices.

Contraception is free on the NHS for all ages so you will not have to pay for anything. 

If you are having regular unprotecte sex it puts you at high risk of unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections, so protect yourself and your partner.

You can access contraception from the local services below or you can contact your GP surgery. It is all confidential.
