School, College and Exams

If you are feeling stressed about exams, you are not alone and there are people out there that can help you. Talk to a friendly teacher at your school, or a school counsellor if your school has one. Speak to your parents, the chances are they took exams in the past too, and will understand how you are feeling and will want to know so that they can help you through them. Talk to your friends, they will be feeling just as you! You can also get advice from Childline (08001111).
